What to do in typical problem situations.

Site shows a blank or black screen

Most often, a small bug in the code. Hit “Undo” and rephrase the previous request. Or message the AI: “fix the error, the site shows a blank page”.

Form not sending leads to admin

Solution: “check that the lead form is connected to admin”. The system rechecks and auto-restores the connection.

AI changed something I didn’t ask for

If an edit affected unrelated things, hit “Undo” and rephrase more specifically.

Site creation taking too long

Smart mode takes up to 2 minutes, that’s normal. Stuck for 5+ minutes? Refresh the page, check the task in your dashboard. If the status is “stuck”, contact support.

XP deducted but I got an error

XP is only deducted after a successful AI response. On system errors, XP should auto-return. If it didn’t, message support, we’ll figure it out.
