Step-by-step hookup

Buy a domain

If you haven’t yet, buy from a registrar. For global audience: Namecheap, Cloudflare, Google Domains. For Russian: REG.RU, Beget, Timeweb. Domain prices typically $10-30/year.

Open registrar panel

Sign in to registrar dashboard, find your domain, go to “DNS” or “DNS records management”.

Add two A-records

Open your registrar’s DNS panel and add two A-records:

Wait for DNS propagation

DNS changes don’t propagate instantly. Usually works in 10-15 minutes, sometimes up to 24 hours.

Verify domain in WowWeb

There are two ways to open the domain setup form:
  • From the builder: inside the project, click the yellow Publish button in the top-right corner. In the dialog, find the Domain block and click Configure.
  • From the dashboard: hover over the project card and click the globe icon in the card’s bottom bar (tooltip “Domain settings”).
In the “Domain settings” form, open the Connect tab, enter your domain (for example, example.com or www.example.com) and click Connect.We’ll auto-check DNS and issue a free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate. This usually takes 1-5 minutes after DNS has propagated. If needed, the same tab has a Check DNS button to verify that we can see your records.
