Telegram notifications
A fast way to learn about new leads. Each new lead arrives in Telegram with client name, contact, and request text. The connection form has two fields:- Bot Token. Create a bot via @BotFather in Telegram and copy the token.
- Your ID or channel ID. Message the @userinfobot bot, it shows your ID. For a channel: forward a channel post to @userinfobot.
Create a bot via BotFather
Open @BotFather in Telegram, send
/newbot, set a bot name and username (it must end with “bot”, e.g. my_site_bot).Copy the Bot Token
BotFather replies with a Bot Token in the form
1234567890:AAH-xxx, paste it into the “Bot Token” field.Find your Chat ID
Send any message to @userinfobot, it replies with your numeric ID. Paste it into the “Your ID or channel ID” field.
Notifications to a channel or group
Add the bot as an admin to the chat, then forward any message from the channel to @userinfobot, it shows the channel ID (starts with-100). Use this ID instead of your personal one.
Free. Telegram API limit: 30 messages per second per bot, enough for any lead flow.
