XP refunds on errors

XP is only deducted after a successful AI response. If something went wrong, we refund.
  • System error (502, timeout): XP is not deducted.
  • Site build failed: auto-fix repairs it for free, on us.
  • XP deducted in vain: contact support, we’ll refund.
The exact cost of each action appears under the AI response before confirmation. If it seems too high, message @wowweb_support with a screenshot.

Cancel subscription

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. The already-paid month finishes in full.
Add-on XP packs you bought stay with you after cancellation. They don’t expire, and you can use them when you resume your subscription or for one-off tasks.

Pause

Want to temporarily stop using the platform without losing your accumulated add-on XP? Just cancel your subscription. The account stays, projects stay, add-on XP stays. Resume when you need to.

Money refund

Money refunds for subscription are handled individually through support. Paid by mistake or service didn’t suit? Message us in the first 7 days, we’ll work it out.
