YooKassa

Bank cards from any bank, Apple Pay, Google Pay, YooMoney, SBP.

SBP direct

Instant transfers via QR code, no fee for the customer.

How to connect YooKassa

The connection form has two fields:
  • Shop ID, numeric shop identifier. YooKassa dashboard, “Operations” section (next to your shop name).
  • Secret key. YooKassa dashboard, “Integration”, “API keys”, “Issue key”. Test keys start with test_.

Sign up at yookassa.ru

You need a sole proprietor, self-employed, or legal entity status.

Fill out contract details

Complete the form and upload documents.

Wait for verification

Usually 1-3 business days.

Find Shop ID and Secret key in YooKassa dashboard

Shop ID, the numeric identifier next to your shop name in the “Operations” section or in the top-left corner of the dashboard.Secret key, “Integration”, “API keys”, “Issue key”. Copy it immediately, YooKassa does not store it.

Run test payments

Start with test keys (they begin with test_), run test payments, then switch to live keys.

Save in WowWeb and publish

Builder, Features, Integrations, Payments, YooKassa. Paste Shop ID and Secret key, click “Save”, publish the site.

How to connect SBP

SBP (Faster Payments System) is the Russian instant transfer system via QR code. No fee for the customer, instant deposit for you.

Get SBP credentials

If you have a business bank account, it’s auto-connected to SBP. Ask your bank for SBP merchant credentials (usually a legal entity or merchant ID).

Builder → Integrations → SBP

Enter your credentials. Upload your logo for the QR pages.

Done

“Pay via SBP” buttons with QR code appear on the site. The client scans the QR in their banking app and the payment goes through in seconds.
Just starting and don’t have a sole proprietorship yet? Get self-employed status (10 minutes via the “Moy nalog” app) and connect YooKassa as self-employed. It’s legal and enough for accepting smaller payments.

Cash in admin

All accepted payments go to the site’s admin panel under “Cash”: list of orders with amount, time, payment method, status. Track sales in real time, print receipts, issue refunds.

Payment acceptance is available on Pro plan and above.
Fee depends on YooKassa or your bank for SBP. Typically 2-3.5% for cards via YooKassa, 0-0.7% for SBP. Platform takes no extra fee.
These don’t work for Russian legal entities. For Russian audience, use YooKassa and SBP. For international, message support, we’ll discuss options.
