System emails
Platform emails (admin password recovery, service notifications) are sent by our SMTP. No setup needed.SMTP for lead notifications
The connection form has five fields:- Host, your provider’s SMTP server.
- Port, usually
465(SSL). - Username, the mailbox login.
- Password, an app password (not your main mailbox password).
- To Address, the address where lead notifications will be delivered.
- Yandex Mail
- Gmail
- Mail.ru
Recommended for Russia, free.
Create an app password
Go to id.yandex.ru, “Security”, “App passwords”, “Create new password”, pick “Mail”. Yandex issues a 16-character app password, that is the value for the Password field. Your regular mailbox password will not work.
Enable IMAP in mail
In mail.yandex.ru, “All settings”, “Mail clients”, enable “From imap.yandex.ru server via IMAP”.
